We are currently looking for people experienced in the following areas:

Construction Foreman
Minimum 2 years experience in commercial landscape installation and irrigation. Must be able to lead 3 - 18 crew members for all size jobs.

Maintenance Foreman
Minimum 1 year experience in commercial landscape maintenance. Valid clean driving record required. Bi-Lingual a plus. Must be able to manage a crew of 4 - 8 people with the help of a crew leader. Experienced in Arizona plants, and different forms of trimming, ie. Natural vs. Formal.

Account Manager

Asset Landscaping has an opening for an energetic sales professional who seeks a rewarding, stable career in our growing Phoenix market. The ACCOUNT MANAGER is a sales position which will work closely with the General Manager, and Operations Team and may have some employee training duties as well. As an Account Manager for Asset Landscaping, your main responsibilities are to:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop new commercial business
  • Ensure customer expectations are met
  • Renew existing accounts
  • Manage large maintenance accounts
  • Create proposals for new contracts
  • Provide Proposals on existing accounts for repairs and enhancements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years in the landscaping/horticultural field
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the service industry, selling to corporate accounts
  • Ability to read landscape drawings, do take-offs, and generate proposals
  • Ability to identify the need for landscape enhancements, sell, them, and oversee a quality outcome
  • Ability to develop maintenance proposals by managing the entire sales process, for the company, from measurement to close
  • Excellent Communication skills with timely follow up
  • Ability to multi-task with numerous calls, emails, tasks, and tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
